Pognae No.5 Plus Baby Carrier – Grey
Designed for babies from newborn up to 20 kg, the Pognae No.5 Plus allows adjustable use according to your child’s age. Each component can be combined or detached to create different carrying styles using zippers.

The set includes 2 main carrier pieces (4 components: A, B, C, E):
-Baby Carrier – Components A + C
-Hipseat Base – Component B
-Newborn Support – Component E (to be used only with the Baby Carrier A + C + E)
Carrying Styles
The POGNAE No.5 Plus supports 3 main carrying modes with 9 positions depending on your child’s age:
-Baby Carrier – from newborn
-Hipseat Carrier – for babies 6 months and older (7.5–8 kg)
-Hipseat Only – from newborn
Note: For newborns, always use the Baby Carrier with Newborn Support. As your baby grows, the Newborn Support can be removed.
Baby Carrier Usage
The top part (Wrapper – A) connects with the Carrier Belt – C using zippers.
-For customers unboxing the product, the carrier is already assembled in Baby Carrier mode.
Stage 1: Newborn (use with Newborn Support)
-Always use with Newborn Support / “Butterfly Wings” (secured with 5-point buckle).
-Provides extra support and safety for smaller babies.
-If the baby outgrows the wings, they can be removed.
Stage 2: Older Baby (Newborn Support not needed)
-Typically for babies around 6 kg or more.
-Newborn Support can be removed once the baby no longer requires it.
This modular design ensures safety, comfort, and adaptability as your child grows.

นโยบายการคืนเงินและคืนสินค้า
The Little Store รับคืนสินค้าเฉพาะ สินค้าชำรุด / เสียหาย, จัดส่งสินค้าผิด เช่น ขนาด หรือ สีของสินค้าผิด และสินค้าใช้งานไม่ได้อันเกิดจากความไม่สมบูรณ์ของสินค้าเท่านั้น นอกเหนือจากปัญหาเหล่านี้ ทางแบรนด์ไม่รับคืนสินค้าทุกกรณีโดยที่สินค้าจะต้องอยู่ในสภาพใหม่ที่ไม่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลง ผ่านการใช้งานมาก่อน พร้อมบรรจุภัณฑ์ที่ปิดสนิท
1 ลูกค้าต้องแจ้งปัญหาเข้ามาทางช่องทาง Facebook messenger, line@ ภายใน 7 วัน หลังจากที่ได้รับสินค้า หากเกินกว่านั้นทางแบรนด์จะไม่รับผิดชอบทุกกรณี
2 สำหรับการคืนเงินเต็มจำนวน ลูกค้าต้องส่งสินค้ากลับทางไปรษณีย์ภายใน 7 วัน นับตั้งแต่วันที่ได้แจ้งปัญหาเข้ามา โดยสินค้าจะต้องมีป้าย Tag และอยู่ในบรรจุภัณฑ์เดิม
3 เมื่อเราได้รับสินค้าของท่านแล้ว เราจะแจ้งให้ลูกค้าทราบว่าเราได้รับสินค้าแล้ว รวมถึงแจ้งสถานการณ์คืนเงินหลังจากตรวจสอบสินค้า
4 หากการส่งคืนสินค้าและการคืนเงินของท่านได้รับอนุมัติ จะใช้เวลาในการคืนเงิน 15-20 วัน หลังจากที่ได้รับสินค้าคืน
*กรณีที่ลูกค้าคืนสินค้าเข้ามา แต่ไม่ตรงตามเงื่อนไขการคืนสินค้า สินค้าจะถูกส่งกลับไปยังลูกค้าและลูกค้าต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าขนส่ง*
