The POGNAE No.5 Max Light features innovative waterproof fabric that repels water and dust while preventing moisture and bacteria accumulation. It is easy to clean and comes with a “silent buckle release system” that allows parents to remove the carrier quietly without disturbing a sleeping baby.
The wide ergonomic seat supports the natural M-shaped position, providing proper hip and body support for your little one. The thick cushioned waistband helps distribute weight evenly, reducing strain on the shoulders, back, and waist for parents.

Usage Guide
• Newborn – 3 months or under 13 kg:
Use the Hipseat base only. Suitable for inward-facing, outward-facing, side carrying, and nursing positions while supporting baby with one hand.
• 3 months – 2 years (up to 20 kg):
Use as a baby carrier for inward-facing, outward-facing, and back carrying positions (back carry only when baby has full neck control).
Fits waist sizes 23–43 inches

นโยบายการคืนเงินและคืนสินค้า
The Little Store รับคืนสินค้าเฉพาะ สินค้าชำรุด / เสียหาย, จัดส่งสินค้าผิด เช่น ขนาด หรือ สีของสินค้าผิด และสินค้าใช้งานไม่ได้อันเกิดจากความไม่สมบูรณ์ของสินค้าเท่านั้น นอกเหนือจากปัญหาเหล่านี้ ทางแบรนด์ไม่รับคืนสินค้าทุกกรณีโดยที่สินค้าจะต้องอยู่ในสภาพใหม่ที่ไม่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลง ผ่านการใช้งานมาก่อน พร้อมบรรจุภัณฑ์ที่ปิดสนิท
1 ลูกค้าต้องแจ้งปัญหาเข้ามาทางช่องทาง Facebook messenger, line@ ภายใน 7 วัน หลังจากที่ได้รับสินค้า หากเกินกว่านั้นทางแบรนด์จะไม่รับผิดชอบทุกกรณี
2 สำหรับการคืนเงินเต็มจำนวน ลูกค้าต้องส่งสินค้ากลับทางไปรษณีย์ภายใน 7 วัน นับตั้งแต่วันที่ได้แจ้งปัญหาเข้ามา โดยสินค้าจะต้องมีป้าย Tag และอยู่ในบรรจุภัณฑ์เดิม
3 เมื่อเราได้รับสินค้าของท่านแล้ว เราจะแจ้งให้ลูกค้าทราบว่าเราได้รับสินค้าแล้ว รวมถึงแจ้งสถานการณ์คืนเงินหลังจากตรวจสอบสินค้า
4 หากการส่งคืนสินค้าและการคืนเงินของท่านได้รับอนุมัติ จะใช้เวลาในการคืนเงิน 15-20 วัน หลังจากที่ได้รับสินค้าคืน
*กรณีที่ลูกค้าคืนสินค้าเข้ามา แต่ไม่ตรงตามเงื่อนไขการคืนสินค้า สินค้าจะถูกส่งกลับไปยังลูกค้าและลูกค้าต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าขนส่ง*
