🍂 TENCEL™ Cloth + Beech Wood Ring Teether 🍂

The beechwood ring is FSC™ certified 🌳, meeting international environmental standards.
The fabric is made from natural Tencel fibers and Organic Cotton, free from harmful chemicals. Parents can feel confident that their little one is safe when holding, biting, or chewing the beechwood teether during teething discomfort.

How to use:
The beechwood teether helps support infant development and relieves teething discomfort.

Care instructions:
Use a cloth dampened with baby-safe cleanser to wipe the wooden surface.
Then use a clean, damp cloth to wipe around the wooden ring 3–4 times.
Allow to air dry in a well-ventilated area.

Recommendation:
For long-term care, apply olive oil or coconut oil to the wooden ring and let it sit for 2–3 hours until the oil is absorbed.
Afterward, wipe off excess oil with a clean, dry cloth.

The warranty covers the following details:

• Defects caused by the manufacture of chassis, seat frames, seat hardware and wheels.

• Defects caused by the manufacture of the adapters (seat frames’ and car seats’ adapters).

• Zippers and seams

• All harnesses of Bugaboo stroller and self-adhesive straps.

• Colorfastness in the 24-month warranty but must not violate the conditions of use.

• Damage due to transportation before delivery to the customer. Thus, please take a video while unpacking the package and inspecting the product to use as evidence for claiming or if external damage is found, please take pictures and report the damage to BC Link Co., Ltd. immediately.

นโยบายการคืนเงินและคืนสินค้า

The Little Store รับคืนสินค้าเฉพาะ สินค้าชำรุด / เสียหาย, จัดส่งสินค้าผิด เช่น ขนาด หรือ สีของสินค้าผิด และสินค้าใช้งานไม่ได้อันเกิดจากความไม่สมบูรณ์ของสินค้าเท่านั้น นอกเหนือจากปัญหาเหล่านี้ ทางแบรนด์ไม่รับคืนสินค้าทุกกรณีโดยที่สินค้าจะต้องอยู่ในสภาพใหม่ที่ไม่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลง ผ่านการใช้งานมาก่อน พร้อมบรรจุภัณฑ์ที่ปิดสนิท

1 ลูกค้าต้องแจ้งปัญหาเข้ามาทางช่องทาง Facebook messenger, line@ ภายใน 7 วัน หลังจากที่ได้รับสินค้า หากเกินกว่านั้นทางแบรนด์จะไม่รับผิดชอบทุกกรณี

2 สำหรับการคืนเงินเต็มจำนวน ลูกค้าต้องส่งสินค้ากลับทางไปรษณีย์ภายใน 7 วัน นับตั้งแต่วันที่ได้แจ้งปัญหาเข้ามา โดยสินค้าจะต้องมีป้าย Tag และอยู่ในบรรจุภัณฑ์เดิม

3 เมื่อเราได้รับสินค้าของท่านแล้ว เราจะแจ้งให้ลูกค้าทราบว่าเราได้รับสินค้าแล้ว รวมถึงแจ้งสถานการณ์คืนเงินหลังจากตรวจสอบสินค้า

4 หากการส่งคืนสินค้าและการคืนเงินของท่านได้รับอนุมัติ จะใช้เวลาในการคืนเงิน 15-20 วัน หลังจากที่ได้รับสินค้าคืน

*กรณีที่ลูกค้าคืนสินค้าเข้ามา แต่ไม่ตรงตามเงื่อนไขการคืนสินค้า สินค้าจะถูกส่งกลับไปยังลูกค้าและลูกค้าต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าขนส่ง*
