By simply changing the different caps of Hegen PCTO, you can easily change Hegen's milk bottle mode. From pumping mode, you can easily change to a vacuum milk storage bottle by simply changing the cap. When you want to feed, you can warm the bottle to the desired temperature and change the cap to a teat to easily change to a milk feeding bottle without losing even a single drop of milk.
Every step can be done with just one Hegen bottle, reducing waste from milk storage bags and ensuring that every drop of breast milk is preserved.

นโยบายการคืนเงินและคืนสินค้า
The Little Store รับคืนสินค้าเฉพาะ สินค้าชำรุด / เสียหาย, จัดส่งสินค้าผิด เช่น ขนาด หรือ สีของสินค้าผิด และสินค้าใช้งานไม่ได้อันเกิดจากความไม่สมบูรณ์ของสินค้าเท่านั้น นอกเหนือจากปัญหาเหล่านี้ ทางแบรนด์ไม่รับคืนสินค้าทุกกรณีโดยที่สินค้าจะต้องอยู่ในสภาพใหม่ที่ไม่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลง ผ่านการใช้งานมาก่อน พร้อมบรรจุภัณฑ์ที่ปิดสนิท
1 ลูกค้าต้องแจ้งปัญหาเข้ามาทางช่องทาง Facebook messenger, line@ ภายใน 7 วัน หลังจากที่ได้รับสินค้า หากเกินกว่านั้นทางแบรนด์จะไม่รับผิดชอบทุกกรณี
2 สำหรับการคืนเงินเต็มจำนวน ลูกค้าต้องส่งสินค้ากลับทางไปรษณีย์ภายใน 7 วัน นับตั้งแต่วันที่ได้แจ้งปัญหาเข้ามา โดยสินค้าจะต้องมีป้าย Tag และอยู่ในบรรจุภัณฑ์เดิม
3 เมื่อเราได้รับสินค้าของท่านแล้ว เราจะแจ้งให้ลูกค้าทราบว่าเราได้รับสินค้าแล้ว รวมถึงแจ้งสถานการณ์คืนเงินหลังจากตรวจสอบสินค้า
4 หากการส่งคืนสินค้าและการคืนเงินของท่านได้รับอนุมัติ จะใช้เวลาในการคืนเงิน 15-20 วัน หลังจากที่ได้รับสินค้าคืน
*กรณีที่ลูกค้าคืนสินค้าเข้ามา แต่ไม่ตรงตามเงื่อนไขการคืนสินค้า สินค้าจะถูกส่งกลับไปยังลูกค้าและลูกค้าต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าขนส่ง*
