Aquababy Nature Aqua Cleaning Spray is a hand-cleaning spray for babies made from natural salt, developed by AQUABABY. It uses a patented Japanese electrolyzed water innovation with an extra-gentle formula, free from harmful chemicals. Made from purified food-grade saline, it produces HOCl (Hypochlorous Acid), which has excellent antimicrobial properties.
Alcohol-free, non-flammable, non-irritating to the eyes, and not harmful if accidentally ingested. In Japan, this type of water has been used since 2002 to wash raw fish and fresh food before consumption to eliminate germs.
Tested to inhibit viruses, bacteria, and fungi up to 99.99%, with a gentle pH close to natural skin, so it does not irritate. Dermatologically tested by Dermscan Asia Institute. Safe for frequent use on hands without damaging the skin.
Can also be safely used on various surfaces and objects without corrosion or damage to leather, furniture, or household items. The spray bottle is specially designed with a child-safe lock, and the fine mist nozzle provides even spray distribution.

นโยบายการคืนเงินและคืนสินค้า
The Little Store รับคืนสินค้าเฉพาะ สินค้าชำรุด / เสียหาย, จัดส่งสินค้าผิด เช่น ขนาด หรือ สีของสินค้าผิด และสินค้าใช้งานไม่ได้อันเกิดจากความไม่สมบูรณ์ของสินค้าเท่านั้น นอกเหนือจากปัญหาเหล่านี้ ทางแบรนด์ไม่รับคืนสินค้าทุกกรณีโดยที่สินค้าจะต้องอยู่ในสภาพใหม่ที่ไม่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลง ผ่านการใช้งานมาก่อน พร้อมบรรจุภัณฑ์ที่ปิดสนิท
1 ลูกค้าต้องแจ้งปัญหาเข้ามาทางช่องทาง Facebook messenger, line@ ภายใน 7 วัน หลังจากที่ได้รับสินค้า หากเกินกว่านั้นทางแบรนด์จะไม่รับผิดชอบทุกกรณี
2 สำหรับการคืนเงินเต็มจำนวน ลูกค้าต้องส่งสินค้ากลับทางไปรษณีย์ภายใน 7 วัน นับตั้งแต่วันที่ได้แจ้งปัญหาเข้ามา โดยสินค้าจะต้องมีป้าย Tag และอยู่ในบรรจุภัณฑ์เดิม
3 เมื่อเราได้รับสินค้าของท่านแล้ว เราจะแจ้งให้ลูกค้าทราบว่าเราได้รับสินค้าแล้ว รวมถึงแจ้งสถานการณ์คืนเงินหลังจากตรวจสอบสินค้า
4 หากการส่งคืนสินค้าและการคืนเงินของท่านได้รับอนุมัติ จะใช้เวลาในการคืนเงิน 15-20 วัน หลังจากที่ได้รับสินค้าคืน
*กรณีที่ลูกค้าคืนสินค้าเข้ามา แต่ไม่ตรงตามเงื่อนไขการคืนสินค้า สินค้าจะถูกส่งกลับไปยังลูกค้าและลูกค้าต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าขนส่ง*
