Ministry of Mama CesarCare – Post-Cesarean Care Underwear (Cream)
An innovative underwear designed specifically for post-cesarean mothers, featuring medical-grade silicone pads—the same type used by surgeons—patented in the USA. It protects the surgical incision, promotes healing, reduces redness, itching, and minimizes scarring.
Key Features:
-Medical-grade silicone: Accelerates wound healing, keeps the incision moist, flattens and softens the scar, and reduces redness and swelling.
-Supports the abdomen: Gentle compression helps the uterus recover faster and restores the pre-pregnancy shape more quickly.
-Special woven fabric: 80% nylon, 20% spandex (crotch lined with 100% cotton) provides full-body support, soft yet firm compression for scar protection.
-High-waist design: Offers full abdominal coverage and support, reduces discomfort when standing or moving.
-Seamless and comfortable: Wide leg openings and a specially sewn waistband prevent rolling, free of elastic to avoid irritation.
-Can be used up to 1 year post-delivery, after which it functions as regular shaping underwear.

Usage Guidelines:
-Begin wearing CesarCare once the incision is fully dry and scabs have fallen off.
-Do not use on fresh or infected wounds, or wounds that have not yet scabbed.
-Avoid applying lotions or creams on the scar while wearing CesarCare, as it may reduce effectiveness.
-For best results, wear 12–23 hours per day to allow the silicone pad to contact the incision for maximum healing.

นโยบายการคืนเงินและคืนสินค้า
The Little Store รับคืนสินค้าเฉพาะ สินค้าชำรุด / เสียหาย, จัดส่งสินค้าผิด เช่น ขนาด หรือ สีของสินค้าผิด และสินค้าใช้งานไม่ได้อันเกิดจากความไม่สมบูรณ์ของสินค้าเท่านั้น นอกเหนือจากปัญหาเหล่านี้ ทางแบรนด์ไม่รับคืนสินค้าทุกกรณีโดยที่สินค้าจะต้องอยู่ในสภาพใหม่ที่ไม่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลง ผ่านการใช้งานมาก่อน พร้อมบรรจุภัณฑ์ที่ปิดสนิท
1 ลูกค้าต้องแจ้งปัญหาเข้ามาทางช่องทาง Facebook messenger, line@ ภายใน 7 วัน หลังจากที่ได้รับสินค้า หากเกินกว่านั้นทางแบรนด์จะไม่รับผิดชอบทุกกรณี
2 สำหรับการคืนเงินเต็มจำนวน ลูกค้าต้องส่งสินค้ากลับทางไปรษณีย์ภายใน 7 วัน นับตั้งแต่วันที่ได้แจ้งปัญหาเข้ามา โดยสินค้าจะต้องมีป้าย Tag และอยู่ในบรรจุภัณฑ์เดิม
3 เมื่อเราได้รับสินค้าของท่านแล้ว เราจะแจ้งให้ลูกค้าทราบว่าเราได้รับสินค้าแล้ว รวมถึงแจ้งสถานการณ์คืนเงินหลังจากตรวจสอบสินค้า
4 หากการส่งคืนสินค้าและการคืนเงินของท่านได้รับอนุมัติ จะใช้เวลาในการคืนเงิน 15-20 วัน หลังจากที่ได้รับสินค้าคืน
*กรณีที่ลูกค้าคืนสินค้าเข้ามา แต่ไม่ตรงตามเงื่อนไขการคืนสินค้า สินค้าจะถูกส่งกลับไปยังลูกค้าและลูกค้าต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าขนส่ง*
