Care instructions



Washing and cleaning Mattress cover, bassinet fabric, and sun canopy fabric are machine-washable at 30°C/86°F. Underseat basket and handlebar grips can be cleaned with a damp cloth. Always consult the washing label for the exact instructions.

Colored chassis unique to the Noir Limited Edition. With short wheel distance designed for superior maneuverability. Comes with a rotating carry handle, wheels, wheel caps, and leather-look grips.





Seat



With Comfort Knit to help regulate your toddler’s temperature. Includes the seat hardware, leg rest, seat fabric, and customized five-point safety harness with extra soft padding.





Bassinet



With breezy panels, aerated mattress, and antibacterial technology on fabrics. Includes the bassinet frame, bassinet fabric set, bassinet bottom, and stiffeners.





Sun canopy



Extra large sun canopy with UPF 50+ protection and peek-a-boo panel. Includes the canopy fabrics, wires, and clamps.





Underseat basket



Large basket that matches your stroller’s colorway, with a built-in cover to shelter your essentials on rainy days. Holds up to 10 kg (22 lbs).





Please register your product through Little App to receive a standard 24-month warranty from the date as indicated on the sales receipt (in the case of pre-order product, from the date specified on the tax invoice delivered on the delivery date).



The warranty covers the following details:

• Defects caused by the manufacture of chassis, seat frames, seat hardware and wheels.

• Defects caused by the manufacture of the adapters (seat frames’ and car seats’ adapters).

• Zippers and seams

• All harnesses of Bugaboo stroller and self-adhesive straps.

• Colorfastness in the 24-month warranty but must not violate the conditions of use.

• Damage due to transportation before delivery to the customer. Thus, please take a video while unpacking the package and inspecting the product to use as evidence for claiming or if external damage is found, please take pictures and report the damage to BC Link Co., Ltd. immediately.

นโยบายการคืนเงินและคืนสินค้า 

The Little Store รับคืนสินค้าเฉพาะ สินค้าชำรุด / เสียหาย, จัดส่งสินค้าผิด เช่น ขนาด หรือ สีของสินค้าผิด และสินค้าใช้งานไม่ได้อันเกิดจากความไม่สมบูรณ์ของสินค้าเท่านั้น นอกเหนือจากปัญหาเหล่านี้ ทางแบรนด์ไม่รับคืนสินค้าทุกกรณีโดยที่สินค้าจะต้องอยู่ในสภาพใหม่ที่ไม่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลง ผ่านการใช้งานมาก่อน พร้อมบรรจุภัณฑ์ที่ปิดสนิท 

1 ลูกค้าต้องแจ้งปัญหาเข้ามาทางช่องทาง Facebook messenger, line@ ภายใน 7 วัน หลังจากที่ได้รับสินค้า หากเกินกว่านั้นทางแบรนด์จะไม่รับผิดชอบทุกกรณี 

2 สำหรับการคืนเงินเต็มจำนวน ลูกค้าต้องส่งสินค้ากลับทางไปรษณีย์ภายใน 7 วัน นับตั้งแต่วันที่ได้แจ้งปัญหาเข้ามา โดยสินค้าจะต้องมีป้าย Tag และอยู่ในบรรจุภัณฑ์เดิม 

3 เมื่อเราได้รับสินค้าของท่านแล้ว เราจะแจ้งให้ลูกค้าทราบว่าเราได้รับสินค้าแล้ว รวมถึงแจ้งสถานการณ์คืนเงินหลังจากตรวจสอบสินค้า 

4 หากการส่งคืนสินค้าและการคืนเงินของท่านได้รับอนุมัติ จะใช้เวลาในการคืนเงิน 15-20 วัน หลังจากที่ได้รับสินค้าคืน
