-Product features

-Contains a surfactant that helps to reduce surface tension and the growth of bacteria on the eyelids.

-Use for cleaning, or before and after applying artificial tears.

-Use to clean the eyes when feeling uncomfortable, irritated, or experiencing eye fatigue (eye muscles).

-Cleanses and wipes the area around the eyes, preventing flakes and making it easier to remove dirt. It can also be used to clean other parts of the body.

-Our cotton pads are well-sterilized, ensuring the eyelids are clean and safe from germs.

◎Ingredients: Benzalkonium chloride solution 0.01%, 6.5 ml

◎Usage

-For cleaning or wiping the area around the eyes.

◎How to use

1. Tear open the middle of the packet to find two cotton pads, each with two layers.

2. Take the first pad and wipe the area around one eye.

3. Take the remaining pad and wipe the area around the other eye.

4. Repeat this process for both the left and right sides.

The warranty covers the following details:

• Defects caused by the manufacture of chassis, seat frames, seat hardware and wheels.

• Defects caused by the manufacture of the adapters (seat frames’ and car seats’ adapters).

• Zippers and seams

• All harnesses of Bugaboo stroller and self-adhesive straps.

• Colorfastness in the 24-month warranty but must not violate the conditions of use.

• Damage due to transportation before delivery to the customer. Thus, please take a video while unpacking the package and inspecting the product to use as evidence for claiming or if external damage is found, please take pictures and report the damage to BC Link Co., Ltd. immediately.

นโยบายการคืนเงินและคืนสินค้า

The Little Store รับคืนสินค้าเฉพาะ สินค้าชำรุด / เสียหาย, จัดส่งสินค้าผิด เช่น ขนาด หรือ สีของสินค้าผิด และสินค้าใช้งานไม่ได้อันเกิดจากความไม่สมบูรณ์ของสินค้าเท่านั้น นอกเหนือจากปัญหาเหล่านี้ ทางแบรนด์ไม่รับคืนสินค้าทุกกรณีโดยที่สินค้าจะต้องอยู่ในสภาพใหม่ที่ไม่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลง ผ่านการใช้งานมาก่อน พร้อมบรรจุภัณฑ์ที่ปิดสนิท

1 ลูกค้าต้องแจ้งปัญหาเข้ามาทางช่องทาง Facebook messenger, line@ ภายใน 7 วัน หลังจากที่ได้รับสินค้า หากเกินกว่านั้นทางแบรนด์จะไม่รับผิดชอบทุกกรณี

2 สำหรับการคืนเงินเต็มจำนวน ลูกค้าต้องส่งสินค้ากลับทางไปรษณีย์ภายใน 7 วัน นับตั้งแต่วันที่ได้แจ้งปัญหาเข้ามา โดยสินค้าจะต้องมีป้าย Tag และอยู่ในบรรจุภัณฑ์เดิม

3 เมื่อเราได้รับสินค้าของท่านแล้ว เราจะแจ้งให้ลูกค้าทราบว่าเราได้รับสินค้าแล้ว รวมถึงแจ้งสถานการณ์คืนเงินหลังจากตรวจสอบสินค้า

4 หากการส่งคืนสินค้าและการคืนเงินของท่านได้รับอนุมัติ จะใช้เวลาในการคืนเงิน 15-20 วัน หลังจากที่ได้รับสินค้าคืน

*กรณีที่ลูกค้าคืนสินค้าเข้ามา แต่ไม่ตรงตามเงื่อนไขการคืนสินค้า สินค้าจะถูกส่งกลับไปยังลูกค้าและลูกค้าต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าขนส่ง*
