-The Hegen teat combination (sold separately) allows moms to switch between different teats (slow/medium/fast/thick) to ensure the right feeding experience at every stage. The milk storage cap (sold separately) makes it easy to transform the bottle into a secure and airtight breast milk container simply by changing the cap. Hegen bottles can also be used as snack cups or to store semi-solid baby food, purees, biscuits, fruits or even juices.
• Revolutionize baby bottle design by eliminating the cumbersome threads and making it a one-handed openable bottle, or PCTO (Press to close-Twist to open), and a design that makes it easy to hold and reduces spillage.
• The air vents of the bottle are designed to allow less air to enter, reducing the formation of air bubbles and the loss of milk nutrients. It reduces the amount of air that enters the baby's stomach from drinking milk.
• The oval-shaped nipple imitates the shape of the mother's nipple to stimulate the baby's suckling, making the transition between breastfeeding and the bottle smooth.
• The nipple position that is not in the middle of the bottle allows the baby to lift and drink at a natural angle.
• The steps can be done faster, whether it is storing milk or feeding, can be done in a single bottle. With a breast pump head that can be connected directly to the bottle, there is no unnecessary spillage or leftover breast milk.

นโยบายการคืนเงินและคืนสินค้า
The Little Store รับคืนสินค้าเฉพาะ สินค้าชำรุด / เสียหาย, จัดส่งสินค้าผิด เช่น ขนาด หรือ สีของสินค้าผิด และสินค้าใช้งานไม่ได้อันเกิดจากความไม่สมบูรณ์ของสินค้าเท่านั้น นอกเหนือจากปัญหาเหล่านี้ ทางแบรนด์ไม่รับคืนสินค้าทุกกรณีโดยที่สินค้าจะต้องอยู่ในสภาพใหม่ที่ไม่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลง ผ่านการใช้งานมาก่อน พร้อมบรรจุภัณฑ์ที่ปิดสนิท
1 ลูกค้าต้องแจ้งปัญหาเข้ามาทางช่องทาง Facebook messenger, line@ ภายใน 7 วัน หลังจากที่ได้รับสินค้า หากเกินกว่านั้นทางแบรนด์จะไม่รับผิดชอบทุกกรณี
2 สำหรับการคืนเงินเต็มจำนวน ลูกค้าต้องส่งสินค้ากลับทางไปรษณีย์ภายใน 7 วัน นับตั้งแต่วันที่ได้แจ้งปัญหาเข้ามา โดยสินค้าจะต้องมีป้าย Tag และอยู่ในบรรจุภัณฑ์เดิม
3 เมื่อเราได้รับสินค้าของท่านแล้ว เราจะแจ้งให้ลูกค้าทราบว่าเราได้รับสินค้าแล้ว รวมถึงแจ้งสถานการณ์คืนเงินหลังจากตรวจสอบสินค้า
4 หากการส่งคืนสินค้าและการคืนเงินของท่านได้รับอนุมัติ จะใช้เวลาในการคืนเงิน 15-20 วัน หลังจากที่ได้รับสินค้าคืน
*กรณีที่ลูกค้าคืนสินค้าเข้ามา แต่ไม่ตรงตามเงื่อนไขการคืนสินค้า สินค้าจะถูกส่งกลับไปยังลูกค้าและลูกค้าต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าขนส่ง*
